My Overlapping Thought Process...

Here is my thought process for overlapping assignment, i have done in my spare time. This thought process is done under Flash.

                                          BG made for this assignment...

About Overlapping, i think it is the motion of a body at different levels or in different frames ( it can be object also), it will make animation more believable and more lively. Basically Overlapping is where things moves IN PARTS.

For this thought process if you have any suggestions it will be more helpful for me as i'm not able to judge it. My Mentor always says that "When you are working on any assignment for days and hours you start falling in love with your assignment ." So just want to take feedback from you guys......

Sketching for Animators.....

Hello Everyone...!

I have completed reading nearly half of this book and still enjoying every bit of it, this book will give an in-depth knowledge of gesture drawing.

"Gesture Drawing for Animation" is a free e-book by Walt Stanchfield. He was a Animator at Disney Studios. This book is based on class notes written by him and has been widely shared amongst animation students.

Even i have taken out printout of these notes..... :)

My Previous Artwork....

Hello !
Today i'm adding  some of my previous artwork . Since i'm not a professional artist i keep trying to get knowledge from anyone and from everywhere. Like reading articles, notes, books of  some professional artist from this field. When i started doing its not easy to do by my own. Sometime not get desired output what i want, volumes and shapes don't come exactly...... and
without proper guidance it is little tough.... its little frustrating  . But moving on and doing as much as practice is worth.

Aditya Chari is one of my favorite Artist. He is Illustrator and Concept Artist and done B.F.A from Sir J.J Institute of Applied Arts. I have gone through his books  "Portrait Techniques Made Easy" and "Figure Study Made Easy". These books are reference guide to me, they are so inspiring and full of knowledge and i learn as much as i can.....

I'm also adding some of my other sketches. Hope you all like it..... and any suggestions are most welcome....... :)
